# What it remembers from one time to the next

The assistant can carry things from one conversation to the next: what you call things, which suppliers are critical, what criteria you use to approve. That makes it more accurate the second time, and it also means deciding what gets stored.

## What is worth remembering

## What is worth reviewing

What is stored can be viewed and deleted. It deserves a review when something fundamental changes — an approval criterion, how you organise — because the assistant will keep applying the old one until told.
